In the same year, Adam and his family left Victoria for work in South Australia, and Belinda and Jono embraced full curatorship of Hentyfarm. Hentyfarm’s first vintage was made for family and friends. A Chardonnay, small in number but big on elegance, was a sign of great things to come.
And what we can't reuse, such as pallet shrink wrap, we recycle. At ReWine, we don't need a huge recycling bin like other bars and restaurants. We have a standard household size recycle bin and rarely empty it. An even more  sophisticated all-round gastronomic experience is Botanical, in Melbourne's South Yarra. Prices are reasonable in both the bottle-oh and restaurant, and there are interesting wines poured in-store every Saturday. Alternatively, you can just hang out in front of the log fire in the bar out back with a draught Hoegaarden.

She might lightly pickle gorgeous asparagus spears and team them with a pitch-perfect gribiche sauce, the boiled egg silky, the capers adding small explosions of acid and salt. There’s the Yarra, made by a former Penfolds Grange maker, with its medium bodied fruit and savoury notes. The Tomich Woodside is consistently one of the best Shiraz outta the Adelaide Hills and the Sieben Klon is a big, black, structural Barossa beast with heaps of Generous fruit.

Ben Buckler Cellars is located at Ben Buckler Point in North Bondi. Bev Harris, affectionately & respectfully known has “The Matriarch of Bondi” opened the shop on her birthday on December 23rd 1992. After almost 30 years trading, she has decided to hand over the reins to her son Stephen, owner of all of our stores under the Neighbourhood Cellars umbrella. We look forward to continuing Bev’s legacy, servicing the Bondi community with friendly service, and love being located so close to Bondi Beach.
