Customer service person was in training so it took a lot longer, would have been better for a senior person to work with him to get it done faster. Manager was a bit blunt and rude, as a one-way fee was added at the counter and not when we made the reservation, which is why we chose dollar instead of another company. We probably would've went with another company closer if they would've just been up front with the fees. The manger just said "well you can take it or not take the car".
