Great Service, quality goods and very honest business. They had my new galvanized trailer ready  in under 24hrs, all extra’s fitted with care and well ahead of time for pickup. Needed a trailer in a hurry, other places didn’t even return my call.I called up the Mooloolaba office, had a great chat and picked up a trailer 45min later.
Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me  different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the enclosed trailers compartment to make most use of space.

Salesman answered every question without hesitation and sold me exactly what I was after. Even offered to deliver the trailer as my car was in the shop even though they dont offer this service. We drove 1000k’s to pick the trailer up, from the moment we got there the lads helped us out, the trailer was exactly what we wanted and needed. It was important for us to buy Australian made, these guys make their own trailers, they are top quality and very well priced. Theiri customer service was excellent. They do sell the imports if that’s the way you want to go but please consider supporting Australian made. These guys are a MUST If your in the market to buy a trailor.

Easy registration on site and a full comprehensive handover of the trailer. Would highly recommend Trailers Direct. Trailers Direct is the best trailer company on the coast. The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes.

After researching several Box Trailer companies – decided on Trailers Direct Mooloolaba. Tim was v. informative, efficient and made my purchase v. easy – was on the road with trailer within 30 minutes. Totally positive , trailer is robust, well made and exactly as specified electronic disc brakes on all four wheels a big positive and well made steel mudguards not plastic as with others.
The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle. I still believe the best trailer around. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced.
